(Wells) Campbell was a well-known and respected member of the Johnstown community. Susan M. (Wells) Campbell lived in the Johnstown area for a long time.
Born in Johnstown, New York, on July 11, 1971, she was the first child to be born to her parents, Howard and Kareen. She was their first child.

After that, she attended Springfield University all the way through to the end of her undergraduate studies and graduated with a bachelor of science degree.
