Richard Fishbein Death, Obituary – Dr. Richard Eugene Fishbein, who had been a resident of Tullahoma, Tennessee, passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 83, when he was at his residence. He had been ill for some time. Since the previous day, he had been present there. He was a native of this world and had lived here for the preceding 83 years. Dr. Fishbein was born in Queens, New York to Harvey and Gertrude Tilbor Fishbein, both of whom have since passed away. Dr. Fishbein was the son of Harvey and Gertrude Tilbor Fishbein. Dr. Fishbein was born to Harvey and Gertrude Tilbor Fishbein, who were both physicians.

Dr. Fishbein was given life by his parents, Harvey Fishbein and Gertrude Tilbor Fishbein, who were also doctors. Dr. Fishbein enjoyed a fruitful career as an orthopedic surgeon in Tullahoma in the years leading up to his retirement, and he continued to practice there right up to the day he officially retired. After he retired, he moved on to pursue other hobbies and finally departed the nation to pursue his new interests elsewhere. A daughter by the name of Michelle Miller and a sister both predeceased Dr. Fishbein before he passed away. He was preceded in death by both of them. Both of them had left this world before she did.

It was she who arrived at the scene first. Those who had died before he was born included his parents as well as any other relatives or friends who had preceded him in death before he was born. Those who are bereft by his departure include his wife, Debbie Fishbein, his two daughters Danika (Paul) Seegot and Phedra (Scott) Henniger, his one son Kory (Nora) Mitchell, and his four grandchildren.

His wife is the last surviving member of his immediate family. Throughout the entirety of his life, his wife was at his side every step of the way. Due to the fact that Dr. Fishbein requested that his desires be taken into consideration, there will be no services held at this time. Prior to then, Dr. Fishbein had voiced his hope that this would turn out to be the case.
