Michael Haight Death, Obituary – A 42-year-old man fatally shot his wife, their five children, and his mother-in-law inside their home in rural Utah this week, before turning the gun on himself, according to the officials who spoke with the media on Thursday. The guy then shot and killed himself. Officials have stated that the evidence indicated that the man, Michael Haight, killed the seven other members of his family and then killed himself inside the home that the family shared in Enoch City, which is located around 260 kilometers to the southwest of Salt Lake City.

After Mr. Haight’s wife, Tausha Haight, 40, did not appear for an appointment with someone who subsequently phoned the police, police officers discovered all eight deaths on Wednesday. Officials added that the discovery was made after someone alerted the police. Ms. Haight had filed for divorce from Mr. Haight on December 21, and her mother, Gail Earl, 78, who was also killed, had been “providing support through the difficulties that they were encountering,” the mayor of Enoch City, Geoffrey Chesnut, said at a news conference on Thursday.
