Dedicated and devoted partner of the late Colin James Dobson. Pristine mother to her children Alan and Rose. Great-grandmother who is held in high esteem by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Diane, Jennifer, and Jodie. A memorial service in honor of Joan will be place at St. John’s Cathedral on Friday, January 6 at 11:00 am. The cathedral is located at 28 Browning Street in Napier.
